PROCESS

  1. Dm/Email your commission (Wait until I reply back)

  2. When you commission me, I will assume you have read the terms

  3. Discuss the pricing and conditions. I will send an invoice once negotiations are final

  4. I will keep in touch with the client during the process (sketch, coloring, backgrounds, and final check)

  5. Send final artwork via email or preferred contact

Terms & Conditions

By commissioning Inolccp, you agree to the following:

GENERAL

  • Payment is upfront + Paypal invoice only (USD currency)

  • Creating process will depend on the difficulty of the request. A span of 2 weeks - 3 months. (notify me if you have a specific date you want it completed by)

  • The commission is sent to the client in high resolution in a requested format (jpg/png only) No physical items will be delivered!

  • I do not accept refunds unless I cancel the commission myself

  • Please note that I am a student, and my schedules are irregular

I, Inolccp (the artist)

  • Have the rights to decline a commission

  • Claim the rights over the produced drawings to post online( unless stated otherwise.)

  • Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork

You, as a client

  • Can only cancel the commission before payment

  • Can ask for drastic changes before drafts are finalized, additional significant changes are not allowed after (small changes are negotiable)

  • Able to upload the commission, on any social media and websites, but must credit and link to me

  • Can offer tips if desired to

WILL NOT:

  • Use the commission for any commercial/profit uses (unless discussed otherwise)

  • Claim the artwork as your own

  • Modify my art and remove my signature/watermark
